Fitness regime for laziest amongst us
WHO guidelines says a 5-hour routine per week, to be specific they say 3-5 hour per week, is enough to be fit and free of diseaseas.
I never beleived them in my 30s. But now, I kind of feel like believing you. Pun intented. Post the pandemic triggered lockdown, I turned 44 years old.
