My fitness scorecard for the year 2020 is not an inspiring one. What has changed?

I am 44 year old and have been a cyclist in my late teens. I resumed exercising regularly from 2012. I have used Sports tracker app for recording my sports activities.
Every year in December, I take a stock of my performance comparing it with the previous year. I have indulged in three main sporting activities: cycling, running, and walking. I do not record the exercise routine post every workout. So the data is about my active workout hours only. For e.g. I am not tracking my cycle ride to a friend’s place or to market. Same holds true when I go out for casual walks. I only track my active workouts when with sports shoes or proper cycling gear.
