Last year my father and mother fulfilled their dream, some 40-year old, of driving back to our hometown from Punjab. The distance was approx 1800 km and they did it all alone without any support except a little nudge from my side.
Looking forward to summers of 2019, I desire to form a group of bikers aged 50 and above for the ladakh trip. I am sure of finding a few of them in my current city alone, waiting to fulfill their dream of an adventure ride. The trip will be the first of its kind for several reasons that I choose to keep under covers for now.
